Prices are for holiday periods starting on Saturday: for arrivals on days other than Saturday the weekly price will be the most expensive of the weeks affected by the stay.

- Three-room B apartment (4 beds): Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, and external veranda.
- Three-room C apartment (6 beds): Living room with kitchenette and two single sofa beds, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together for a double, second bathroom, and external veranda.
- Four-room apartment (6 or 8 beds): Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together for a double, third bedroom with double sofa bed or two bunk beds, second bathroom, and external veranda.
CHECK-IN: From 16:30 to 20:30
CHECK-OUT: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
LATE CHECK-IN:
- From 20:30 to 23:00: €35.00 surcharge
- From 23:00 onwards: €50.00 surcharge
Please notify of any delays; if check-in is done outside office hours WITHOUT NOTICE, a €50.00 surcharge will be requested.

IN CASE OF BOOKING
The booking will be confirmed by the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the rental amount (with a minimum of €200.00).
The balance of the booking will be requested 15 days before arrival.
Upon arrival, the guest will be required to present identification documents for registration, as well as pay a security deposit of €150.00 per apartment, in cash or by check. This deposit will be refunded to the guest at the time of departure, after inspecting the property for any damage caused during the stay. The accommodation must be returned with the kitchen and utensils cleaned; failure to clean these areas, as well as leaving trash bags inside or outside the apartment, will result in a €30.00 deduction from the security deposit. In the event of early departure or departure outside office hours, the security deposit will be refunded by mail.
